The Admin Dashboard

Not a single business can run effectively for long without having information about their own organization’s health. Having day-to-day information can make a business owner understand what is going on in their business. To Facilitate you, and promote your overall growth as a business RepairDesk is introducing the Admin Dashboard.

How it Helps

The Admin Dashboard acts like your very own insight tool showing you results of various amounts of different metrics and chart types. RepairDesk has grouped the chart types into bar charts, line charts, donut charts, lists, and metric cards.

  1. The bar chart is usually a comparison between different variables. If you want to see the variation of your customers according to the hours or days, you have that all laid out for you in your Shop Visitors Chart.
  2. The line chart would help you understand the overall growth concerning time. Want to see how your overall revenue is increasing or decreasing, just look at your dashboard.
  3. The donut chart helps you understand the amount of distribution you have for a variable. It breaks down what the contribution of a specific variable is to a larger segment. Want to see what referrals are working out the most for you? Head over to your Admin Dashboard.
  4. A list simplifies everything for you by summarizing it so you can understand quickly. Instead of wasting your precious time and checking to see who your Top 10 customers are, just head over you to your dashboard.
  5. Finally, in the visualizations, some numbers are just too important for you to ignore. For that, you have your metric cards so you can always be in the know of these numbers. Just head over to the dashboard and check out the amount of the Pending Tickets.
  6. Want more than one dashboard? You can create Multiple Dashboards.
  7. Don’t want someone to have access to your dashboard? That’s simple, just go to settings and manage the Roles and Permissions of your dashboard. It will only be accessible to those who you permit.
