Rongta label Printer

With ePOS, you can connect with the Rongta to print the Label of your Tickets. Below is a guide to setting up and printing a label.

1. You have to Turn on the Bluetooth of the device and connect to the Label Printer. Please ensure the Label Printer appears in the Connected Devices.
2. Go to RepairDesk App -> Create the Repair Ticket and complete the Checkout process.
3. The Application will start preparing to print the Label and it will display the progress bar. Once the process is completed, press the Print Label button.
4. The application will display the list of Bluetooth-connected devices. Press the Rongta (RPXXXX) in the list. The Application will print the Label within a second.
5. In case, you want to change the template of the Label Printer. Go to RepairDesk 2.0 -> Settings -> Module Configurations.

Please make sure your Label Print is turned on and connected with the Device.

SUNMI Thermal Receipt Printer

With ePOS, you no longer have to worry about printing the Thermal Receipt. Because SUNMI offers the integrated & built-in Thermal Receipt Printer. The Thermal receipt is always ready to be printed. Below is a guide to printing your Thermal Receipt.

1. Add the Product or Repair Ticket to Cart and complete the checkout process.
2. The Application will start preparing to print the Thermal Receipt and it will display the progress bar. Once the process is completed, press the Print Thermal Receipt button.
3. The Application will print the Thermal within a second.
4. You may print the Thermal Receipt from the Invoice Listing. Preview the specific Invoice and press Print Thermal Receipt.
5. In case, you want to change the template of the Thermal Printer. Go to RepairDesk 2.0 -> Settings -> Module Configurations.

Please make sure to check the Thermal paper and close the printer lid properly.

External Keyboard

For smooth and quick keyboard entry, you can use your external Keyboard. You can just plug the Keyboard USB wire into the respective USB input and your Keyboard is ready. Now with your external keyboard attached, You will be able to use the ePOS in a better way.

Barcode Scanner

The Barcode scanner is helpful to scan the items quickly and populate them on the ePOS. You can attach the Barcode Scanner wire to the respective USB input and your barcode scanner is ready. Now with your barcode, scan the barcode and swiftly find the items, invoices, and Tickets.
