Employee Shifts🕙

Imagine having a digitalized retail shop where everything is controlled by a software and your processes run smoothly. Now, imagine yourself still using a pen and paper to manage the shift of your employees. This can take a lot of your time, you can miss on some details, and can easily lose your data as well. This will eventually leave you with your head down in confusion.

Let’s make you happy by telling you that RepairDesk has figured out a way to help make things easier for you. We have introduced Employee Shifts that will empower you in so many ways. If you are interested to know the changes it will bring, keep on reading.

  1. Introduce Multiple Shifts: This feature empowers you to create as many shifts as you desire. Create templates and set the timings from the tabs provided.
  2. Manage Your Employees: You can add multiple employee against a shift while creating a shift. This notifies the employees and make it easy for you to keep track of employees working in each shift.
  3. Set Break Times: You can allocate specific hours as break time for every shift you create making it easy for your employees to rest and work efficiently.

Low Stock Reports📊

Managing your inventory is one of the most complicated yet mandatory tasks. Having a summary of all the items that went low in the previous months can give you a good idea of the market trend. It can even prepare you for more items going low on stock sooner. Does not it sound like heaven at work? RepairDesk previously enabled you to set low stock limits and reminders for every item. Now, taking the same feature one-step ahead, you would be able to fetch its reports.

  1. Check Low Stock Trends: You can view low stock reports and see the trends of the items going out of stock or low stock. This will help you see the demand of every item and place order accordingly.
  2. Understand Market Maturity: Checking the low stock reports for different products and models gives you an idea about the products that have a mature market so, you can stock them more and earn a better profit.
  3. Place an Order Smartly: Once you understand which items go out of stock more often, you can place a purchase order smartly by ordering more quantity. This ensures you always have a hand full of products.
