Kanban View

There could be times when you want to see the success of all the tickets you ever opened. Would you go and check ticket by ticket or open the customer log? Well, apparently all of such solutions will take longer than you might have thought. RepairDesk is also aware that you don't have much time on hands to spend on just viewing statuses of tickets. This brings us to the amazing solution RepairDesk has developed to help its users.

Smart View with Kanban

Now, the smart view of tickets according to their statuses is just a click away! You can view your tickets sorted under the categories made out of their statuses including On Hold, In Progress, Repaired, and Cancelled. All you have to do is follow the steps given below:

  1. Click on the Tickets button available at the left side of the screen.
  2. You will see details of all the tickets on your screen. However, this will be a detailed table view of the tickets.
  3. To access the Kanban view, click on the Columns icon present on the top left of the screen. This button is placed next to the Edit Table and Table View buttons.
  4. You will see the tickets divided into categories based on the ticket status. If you want to view ticket details, simply click on it.
