What is RepairDesk ePOS?

RepairDesk ePOS is a front-desk solution for repair shops, designed for use on the SUNMI T2s Android tablet.

What is SUNMI T2s?

SUNMI T2s is a desktop-based POS Terminal.

  1. Built-in Thermal Receipt Printer.
  2. Runs on SUNMI Android 9 OS.
  3. Features 3 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM.
  4. 15-inch primary display and 10-inch customer-facing display.
  5. Label printer (Rongta) can be connected via Bluetooth.
  6. Barcode scanner can be connected with a USB cable.
  7. Keyboard and mouse can also be connected to the device.

What kind of paper can I use for printing?

The user can use the following kind of paper for the thermal receipt:

  1. Paper Size: 80mm
  2. Print Speed: 250mm/s
  3. Life of Printer: 150km

Note: The user has to close the printer lid properly to print the thermal receipt.

How can I download the application on the SUNMI store?

You can download the application using App Store. The title of the Application is RepairDesk ePOS Point of Sale.

How can I adjust my settings view for optimal viewing experience?

You can go into the SUNMI Settings -> Display -> Display Size -> Move it to “Small”.

How to connect to the Label Printer (Rongta)?

With ePOS, you can connect with the Rongta to print the Label of your Tickets. Below is a guide to setting up and printing a label.

  1. You have to Turn on the Bluetooth of the device and connect to the Label Printer. Please ensure the Label Printer appears in the Connected Devices.
  2. Go to RepairDesk App -> Create the Repair Ticket and complete the checkout process.
  3. The Application will start preparing to print the Label and display the progress bar. Once the process is completed, press the Print Label button.
  4. The application will display the list of Bluetooth-connected devices. Press the Rongta (RPXXXX) in the list. The Application will print the Label within a second.
  5. In case, you want to change the template of the Label Printer. Go to RepairDesk 2.0 -> Settings -> Module Configurations.

Please make sure your Label Print is turned on and connected with the Device. The label printer can work with the Android tablet and SUNMI device as well.

How can I report an app crash?

We will receive a log of an app crash after you reopen the app following a crash.

My app keeps freezing, what should I do?

If you are facing app crashes, kindly uninstall the app and reinstall the latest version from Sunmi app store.
