Create vertical and manage custom form and condition checklist against the vertical

Your repair shop can offer repair for multiple categories of devices. RepairDesk empowers you to add multiple verticals of the services as offered by you.

Create Vertical / Service Category

Follow the path below to reach the settings of verticals:

Path: Settings > Module Configuration > Vertical Management

Click on the tab of Vertical Management to expose its settings for you.

  1. Click either on the New Vertical button at the top right corner or the +Add New Vertical button at the bottom.

  2. A screen will slide in from the right corner asking you to enter a name in the name field. You can upload an image if desired.

  3. Click on the Save button at the end of the screen when done.

Configure Custom From Against a Vertical / Service Category

Once you have created a vertical you can customize the device/ asset intake form against that vertical.
1. Click on the "Configure Asset Form" button present in front of your selected vertical

2. A drawer will slide in from the right corner asking you to create the form.

3. Specify the fields and click on Save / Update when done.

Configure Device Condition Checklist

You can create a device/asset condition checklist against a vertical.

  1. Follow Path: Path: Settings > Module Configuration > Vertical Management

  2. Navigate to desired vertical in the list or create a new vertical.

  3. Click on the three dots present in front of your selected critical and choose "Manage Condition Checklist"

  4. A drawer will slide in from the right corner asking you to create the form.
