Advance setup for the ticket's module empowers the users to define different statuses for the tickets, define multiple task types, and even map their physical shelves to virtual ones. All these features make the processes smoother, faster and better for the owners. You need to follow the same path as given in the previous article and click on the Advance tab on the top. Once done, proceed with the following steps:
The first section is dedicated to ticket statuses. You can click on the +Add Status button at the bottom right.
A window will slide in from the right corner asking you to enter a name for the status and select a type from the dropdown.
Once done, click on the Save button and you can see your new status added in the list.
Next section allows you to add a new task type for the services you are providing. Click on the +Add Task Type button at the bottom right corner. Enter the name for the task in the text field opened and click the Save button.
The last section is used to map your physical shelves to virtual shelves. Click on the +Add Physical Location button at the bottom right corner.
Enter a name for your virtual mapping and click the Save button to save it.
