How to create an Invoice after a ticket is created?

Once a ticket is created, you will see the following screen:

  • In order to create an invoice, click on the items you want to include in the invoice.

  • Click "Add to Cart" in order to create and complete and invoice.

  • You will be able to see the screen below.

  • Click "checkout" in order to collect payment and create an invoice.
